My favourite place to get bubble tea! Always delicious and fresh, made with real ingredients not syrups like other places. However don't rely on their hours to be correct. It says they open at 11am but sometimes it's more like 11:15 or closed early.

Ordered bubble tea twice off uber eats (6 items each time) and noticed the drastic difference in quantity of pearls. Not a huge deal since its just empty carbs and sugar but it should be fairly consistent.

Instagram food". Got the mango rolled "ice cream". The mango was tart and hard (unripe?). Cone and wafer a bit stale tasting. Lacks creaminess and rich flavour of real ice cream

Ordered from Ubereats and the driver had to message me half way delivering to my place about a change in my order (different than what I wanted). It was honestly both the driver and the shops fault, but the shop could of just told me about it before it was picked up. I cancelled the order and wasted 45minutes

Tried their bubble tea for the first time this week. Very delicious fresh milk brown sugar pearl tea , a huge cup and an excellent value overall! Very pleasant service as well. I'll definitely be back

5 stars for their waffles. I am not a fan of milk tea so I couldn't rate the milk tea quality here. But their waffle is the best in town. It was so crispy, delicious at a very fair price.There is one staff at the shop so the service is quite low.Highly recommended to try out the waffles

Owners are very friendly. Great deals during happy hour every day!Classic milk tea is always solid. They have feature drinks every month, I loved their Hokkaido Milk Pudding one!
