Everyone at the Brick in Sudbury are so friendly and treat their customers very well! From walking into the store to their sales team- to customer service and the delivery team!! Shout out to brook in customer service - she’s the BEST!

This is a great furniture and home appliance store. We have been coming to this store for a while and we have purchased most of our bedroom and baby's room things here. Last time we stop by we were assisted by Jim who provided us with a excellent customer service.I like the payments opitons available, is great to have the opportunity to differ the payments from 6 to 12 months.

Had a good time at The Brick Sudbury, Angela C treated me well and got me a good deal.I will recommend. Ask for her.....it came in the colour we agreed as well.

It was fabulous. I wasn't overwhelmed with people trying to sell me.. they let me look then Larry B came over to ask if I needed any help. Absolutely enjoyed his laughter and sence of humor. Bought a mattress and box spring then because I had such a great experience I went and bought a full bedroom set. Larry B you are an Exceptionak Sales Person. You made me small and you made my rough day turn into a lovely day. THANK YOU

We purchased living room furniture from Sylvie who was amazing to deal with.Our coffee and end tables were on back order for a couple of months. The store contacted us as soon as they were available in order to set up a delivery date. When we assembled the tables, we found one drawer which was damaged. I spoke with Naomi from the Warranty Dept. who looked into the matter right away to see if the company would replace one drawer. As promised, she called me back within 20 minutes to let me know she was able to order a new drawer and it would be delivered to our house. Thank you so much Naomi for the excellent customer service and for being so efficient.

Never will I ever purchase anything from the brick again. Ordered a full bedroom set in October. Due to logistic issues world wide we were told that it would be in in February. In January they started calling me to take possession of the pieces they had in stock. Told then I wanted it shipped complete. After threatening to cancel the order because of harassment( they were calling every 2-3 days) they stopped calling and got the hint to ship complete. On Thursday Feb 17 2022 I got a call that all was in except for the slats that hold the matress but they had a set from a floor model we can use until ours came in I excepted. Got the bed put together only to find the slat supports where 4 inches to short and did not reach the floor. They sent a second set that was still 3 1/2 inches to short. Was told to put books under it. I asked for a 500$ refund (so I can go get lumber and properly fix the legs)on a 3500$ bed set or a complete return of everything and I would go elsewhere. Was told I cannot return for a credit as I had taken possession and opened the boxes. The best they would do was 200 bucks. A slap in the face for their mistake. Never purchase anything from this store they are a nightmare to deal with and once they have your money they forget that you spending money in the store actually pays their wage.

Visited the recent VIP event @ my local brick Sudbury with the intention of spending a couple thousand dollars to renovate my basement. With the great selection of high end furniture and fair prices i was tempted to redo my entire house for under 25k.Walking in gives you a warm feeling, in the hands of the professional, knowledgeable skilled sales team, all working in harmony with the manager to give the best possible packaged deal for me.

I've had an awful experience with the Brick Sudbury and would certainly not recommend - the associate put in the delivery date for a double bed set wrong (one day too early) without my knowledge, then when I was notified of the incorrect date I attempted to contact customer service, they claimed I had asked for this date (which I certainly hadn't, I was with a friend and we checked several times to ensure we were correct). They said there was absolutely nothing they could do to help, they didn't even bother trying to ask for a later in the day delivery. I'm not even in the city where the delivery will take place and I have to drive through the night to get there. All for an almost $100 delivery charge which they refused to refund. I will never be ordering again and would caution others to avoid as well!

My difficulty with The Brick started out not too badly, but then there was an issue with communication and a return call. Once that problem was sorted, I got great Customer Service from Naomi Miller. I don't like having to repeat the problem I am having with multiple Sales Associates. Once she was my dedicated contact person ~ all went well.
