I am waiting to hear from the owner on some unfinished work from last year as well. I texted her on Monday, 6/12. No response yet, 6/14. Giving it a few more days to see when she will come and finish a rather large area of my yard. They were extremely expensive compared to other quotes so I assumed that the work and performance would be stellar. Always unsettling when you pay 100% upfront and depend on a promise that the work will get done in the future. Bite me once....

They did an OK job. There was some confusion on the final amount (the final quote was never written up formerly).....I'm sure I articulated what my total budget was, but I ended up paying about 2k more...Some of the tasks we agreed to where also not completed (about 2-3 items). I pointed these out when they came to pick up the last check and they said they would be done, but they never got done. I followed up via email, but got no response, and I wasn't going to play the chase game either.I am now looking for a contractor to do lawn maintenance, and was hoping to use them since they did the landscaping, but I have decided not to pursue their services.
