Explored a number of options for the outfitting of our 2 x Dodge Ram 5500 chassis and came across Work Truck West. They were very easy to deal with even through a number of spec and budget changes on our end. Work Truck West was great to work with; from the ease of getting a quote, ordering, to the pickup of the truck. Every step was able to be handled with a quick text or email with great communication. They were even able to coordinate a drop off for my truck which helped me immensely due to scheduling. Once I had received the truck I went over it to make sure everything was ready to go to work and was surprised at the attention to detail - even the add on packages had fuses labeled in easy to access areas, all lines were retained with clamps and not zip-ties and there were no shavings from drilling left in the service body. The thought behind layout and working conditions left me impressed, things like a rain rail stopping water ingress into compartments on vertical opening doors. I've had numerous other service bodies purchased from other manufactures but moving forward will be sticking with WTW.

Steve was quick and helpful in performing repairs on our work vehicle. The quality of work was better than expected and we had no down time due to the quick manner in which the repair was completed!
