This business deserves 6 out of 5 stars!!! Kathleen is an experienced LPN, professional & knowledgeable. She recommended that I try the IWalk crutch & after using it for the last 12 weeks I can tell you that it was perfect for me... I could easily negotiate our 4-level split home, my hands were free to pick up/carry items (gotta get that a.m. coffee!)..., I returned to work part-time 4 weeks earlier than planned largely because I could get in & out of my workplace and walk around in the office easily. Muscles don't appreciate not being used and the IWalk crutch kept me more mobile & able to maintain better core strength than regular crutches could ever do. I'm positive that staying more active kept me more physically fit & therefore speeded up my recovery. The IWalk crutch is quick & easy to put on and take off & my husband could store it in the back seat of the car when we went out (It's not heavy & it doesn't have to be folded up). The IWalk crutch really improved my quality of life during my recovery. But a word of caution - The experience likely wouldn't have been as good if Kathleen hadn't spent the time teach me how to use it properly, to ensure that it specifically fit me and that I knew how to make any adjustments if necessary. She assessed me as I tried it out to be sure that it was appropriate for me & that I'd be safe using it. She also brought and let me try out 2 types of knee scooters (available for purchase or rental). If you buy a knee scooter she even offers a buy-back option! What more could you ask for? Don't hesitate contacting this company - you'll be very satisfied with their products and services!!!

This is the type of service company that you want to partner with. Jessica spent the time required both on the initial phone call and then at the in-home visit to make both my wife and I feel totally comfortable with our choice. Coming out with several models of the scooters to choose from we were able to demo and select the best fit. Knowledgeable, personable and right on time. Just perfect. Highly recommended.

I booked an appointment for my dad's wound care, and his experience was the best health care visit he's ever had in long long time. I highly recommend Edmonton Diabetes & High Risk Foot Clinic for any of your foot care needs. The Dr and the nurse were very welcoming and caring, and listen to your concerns about your foot health.

Kathleen was awesome! She came out on a holiday to fit my husband with his knee scooter and iWalk. She took the time to ensure everything fit him properly and that we both knew how to put it on/take it off. She showed him how to walk, how to do stairs, how to enter and exit car, etc.Would highly reccomend this company if you need mobility aids. We are glad we went with them! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Unbelievable service! After a terrible experience at Healthcare Solutions, I called Kathleen Monday night and she was at my house Tuesday! She brought multiple options and demo'd each one with my husband. She took her time to walk with him and make sure he was comfortable with the iWalk before moving onto the scooter. Kathleen's superior level of knowledge shone through throughout the whole appointment. I cannot say enough great things about this business and their model of delivery!

After having extremely swollen feet and legs for over six year, I was finally referred to the Accelerated Cast Clinic. My legs and feet were wrapped in tensor tape for about three and a half weeks with the tape being changed approximately every three days. My legs and feet are now back to normal. I do have to wear compression stockings but now have a choice of footwear.The staff was very kind , knowledgeable and all appointments were on time. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone who has issues with their limbs.

I strongly recommend this company! I was very satisfied with the service. I forgot the name of the Orthopaedic Nurse that came to my house for the mobility scooter fitting. However, she was very informative, patient, and kind with us. I really appreciated she listened to my needs and brought me a really good quality hybrid scooter that is being working great in my daily life activities. Their assistance has made this trip to Canada less painful and enjoyable!
