letter carrier lost key for door a mounth ago that allows her access. never reported it to canada post .I walked up to her at box & she told me so I reported it to canada post .I created 4 service tickets because of there terrible servise I went to distribution site for my mail they won't let me inthe lady tells me she spoke to landlord and at some point ill receive it been a mounth & a 1/2 already . hears alaugh a supervisor told me the out side key box is the landlords I believe my landlord who I don't Iike when he tell me its canada posts,s box . so another week with out mail. not happy at all shame on you CANADA POST our faith in you is no more . The girls and boys who work here do so maturely and deal with nothing but ingratitude from awful, awful customers day in and day out. The reviewers who say how dare they out up a sign asking not to be rude" are the most childish

Customer service is wonderful. People do not understand these workers work for shoppers drug mart not Canada post -they don’t receive the same pay or same benefits, and are expected to do work for the store and do the postal outlet with less staff than the post office. Maybe the people complaining about the long lines saying they should budget more time, should budget more time themselves or complain to Canada Post.

Very disappointed. The app says their open at 12. I work night shift so I stayed up and left for the 11:55am bus. I arrive at the Post at 12:04pm to see they opened at 10 not 12 as the website said and now I've arrived at their lunch break. Update your website. Thanks for nothing

Where do I start? They lost a $700 phone of mine... This post office specifically. I received an email notification saying it was delivered" to my mailbox... Which is a tiny letter box. So someone else in my neighborhood got a brand new phone. Merry f***** Christmas I guess. When I called the post office I was told it was not their responsibility as did the seller because it was showing as delivered... AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH... I have also had 14 parcels returned to sender... Not 1 or 2... 14!!! In the last 2 months. Honestly... If you can avoid using Canada post I STRONGLY recommend you do so. I now have to send my parcels one hour away to my parent's who don't seem to have any issues for some reason. Also... this flex delivery completely defeats the purpose... I pay extra to have things delivered TO MY DOOR. I don't have the opportunity all the time to drive to my post office. All in all... Canada Post is probably the worst postage "service" in my opinion. I haven't heard too many wonderful things about them from anywhere else."

One of the worst companies thriving with incompetence in the Country.Couldn't deliver a bottle of milk on time...

Not sure who the delivery person is but time and time again they lie. I have a camera and it says attempted delivery but yet no one come. Tracking says delivery notice left but shocker non is ever left because they don't actually make an attempt. I have complain multiple times to Canada post but at this point I am building a case of video evidence to show they lie and are not doing their job. I currently stand at 15 instances of video showing no one attempting delivery, and 5 formal complaints. If you face similar issues contact Canada post they will eventually deal with this

Someone gave me my mail on Sunday , really appreciate to him or her
