Don't recommend doing business with unreliable Russ ! One star is being generous...After waiting weeks to get a date scheduled to repair our shower door Russ finally agreed to visit our property last Saturday. He never arrived nor called us to advise there is a problem - ignorant ! We contacted a local glass competitor Monday AM who completed a service call yesterday has already fixed the problem in a professional manner.Thanks for nothing Russ. If you do not intend to do the job you said you would undertake; then you should make it clear in the first place. You like to install but you don't want to provide support or service.Follow up to response sent 10 hours ago...1. Russ -> you never did follow up with me on Monday - that is a lie. Even if you did attempt to contact me Monday that's unacceptable. You should have called Saturday if you had no intension of doing the job that day.There is no excuse for you lack of action and then to lie about your response is pathetic.2. I never said you installed my shower door - I said you prefer to install but not service, read my paragraph above carefully.3. Some self reflection would be a good idea for you and give some serious thought to how to improve your professionalism as you look like a joke trying to save your self image. If you say you are going to do something - do it. Don't waste other people's time. Your competition made you look bad.4. I feel sorry for you as you have embarrassed yourself. I take responsibility for my mistake in contacting your business in the first place. Again thanks for nothing.

We had Russ at Artisan Glass replace a window in our ensuite in which the seal had been compromised. The unit was over 20 yrs old so sourcing a replacement took a bit of time. Russ came through in the end and, as usual, installed the new sealed unit in the same professional manner that he displayed the other times we used him. Very pleased with Artisan's service and Russ' attention to detail.

Went in with a custom order for the lids on an aquarium that were missing. Had specific measurements they needed to be at. The owner asked what it was for and I said an aquarium and he recommended thicker glass as it would be handled more. Gave me a call a hour later when they were ready, and they were exactly the size I requested and worked perfect. Still am using them today, I appreciated the personal recommendation.

I had a small project for Russ, an odd shaped piece for surface protection in an alcove.He made his schedule fit ours and the piece turned out very nice. He polished the exposed edge perfectly. I would recommend him for your next project.

Russ helped us repair a damaged window through the difficult time that the pandemic subjected us to. He was absolutely excellent in his assistance and the efficiency in which he did the required work.

While visiting my son’s home, I noticed that the kitchen window was cracked. As a surprise, I wanted to get it repaired for him. Being from out of town, I chose Artisan Glass based on the high ratings and great online references. I called Russ, and was immediately treated like a long time good customer. Russ came out to the house promptly, during the busy season, even though it was a very small job. I offered to pay in advance, because I would not be in town when the window was being replaced, but was advised that payment was not required until I was satisfied with the job. A couple of weeks later, the installation - perfectly done - was completed. I highly recommend Russ and his company - Artisan Glass!
