Great service, exellent staff. Update, after bringing my bike to a Ducati specialist, found out they messed up bad re-installing my wheels after changing the tires, the clips to hold the wheel nuts in place were poorly installed and could have fallen off. Would not return.

Their ebay store is sketchy. Ordered a snowmobile windshield then they canceled it saying they where out of stock. They just relisted the windshield at 60 bucks more.

Never again, sent 2 out of 3 boxes and when I sent an email asking where the third was it took 4 days to reply telling me they had sent everything ordered (DHL shipping showed receipt of 2 boxes) I have sent several emails over the last 2 weeks, nothing back. Finally got through o someone in 'customer services' who listened and then said I would have to speak to a different department. I have now emailed them and have heard nothing, day 2 now. Needless to say I won't be using this company again.Further to your comment on DHL, why do I have a DHL Express tracking number? How am I still able to look up the tracking history on the DHL? It also shows 2 boxes sent not 3 that took your staff to read this review to do anything about it or even email me back. I even cancelled it as I just wanted my money back at which time you decided to send it anyway and it still hasn't turned up!! Shall I carry on?

I rated excellent because if the quality of customer service I received in here today. I reached out by phone and the person in charge offered all possible assistant and help in order to solve the issue that I was facing. Such a great team and a nice shop.

I just priced out tires for my motorcycle. They are way over priced at $343.00 here and $194 at FortNine. My money's going to FortNine. FortNine even has a warehouse in Montreal so shipping is quick!

Great customer service! I was shipped the wrong item (due to an error by one of their providers). Once I contacted them, they promptly ordered the correct one, followed up with me and fixed the issue to my liking. I highly recommend and will shop there again!
