Staff was friendly and welcoming. Someone had cancelled so I got an appt within a couple days. I explained what I wanted to do with my hair. Emma discussed it with me before proceeding. It looked great when she was finished. It was easier for me to work with at home.

First Salon in 8 years my Daughter wants to return to!My daughter has had some bad luck in the past with stylists and her very fine hair. Grade 8 grad was this past Tuesday and after leaving she said she would love to go back to her stylist (who's name I cannot place) she was in the chair at the back next to the river though and she was the sweetest!Thank you for your excellent service and gorgeous views :)

i went to get an updo as i was a guest at a wedding that i drove 2 hours for on a very hot day. i went in with a general idea but didnt generally care just wanted my hair to look good! the hair stylist (who was awesome) didnt even use hair spray and my hair looked amazing till the end. the photo i added is after my entire day with my hair. still looking pretty amazing! if i was ever in the area again and needed an updo i wouldnt even consider elsewhere! my fiance but his hair cut aswell and is VERY picky but felt his cut was done very well tooo!!!

When I lived back in Paris, this was my 2nd choice of a go-to hair salon. First couple times I went here were amazing experiences. Staff was friendly, they performed good services, and it was cheap (About as much as almost any First Choice Haircutters salon).But the past couple times I went here wasn't a good experience. I specifically asked for a colour and trim once, they only gave me a trim and had to turn down colouring my hair because there was another person coming in right after me, and they were short staffed.Both me and my mom (Who had to pick me up) weren't impressed because I had to make another appointment, which meant more back-and-forthing and more of a troublesome time to figure out when it was a good time to get a colour treatment since I worked at the Sobeys there (Their scheduling system is so sporadic and not convenient).The last time I got treated here, they really bumped up their prices because of the introduction to their new product line. It was a pretty good experience service-wise but wasn't a fan of the drastic price changes and product line. Something about their new products don't give that much of a specific type of feeling...Almost like they're made cheap, even though they're supposed to be natural/organic.

I’ve been a client here for 6 or 7 years and keep coming back because of the talent! I’ve had a few stylists work on my hair and they nail it everytime! The atmosphere is also really nice, tasteful and peaceful by the river in downtown Paris!

I moved to Paris a couple months ago and went to Impakt Studio last week. I loved it! everyone was very welcoming and made me feel special. Jessie was super nice and my hair looks amazing. I definitely recommend and will come back.

My first time here. Booked in for highlights. Very friendly staff who made me feel welcomed right away. My stylist was Emma, she asked questions, made recommendations and listened to what I was wanting done. My hair turned out just as I had hoped and I left a very happy customer. Overall, I would highly recommend. I will be a return customer.
