Walked into the pharmacy and asked for help and the lady behind the counter was super rude some blonde haired lady and she's obviously having a bad day but customers don't need to deal with that.. terrible service and terrible experience. This is the last time I'll ever go into this place.

I’ve been going there for years, and the staff at the front counter, post office, and pharmacy has always been courteous and professional. The ladies at the front counter are very friendly and the pharmacist (Rebecca) is super helpful and knowledgeable. It’s definitely my preferred pharmacy.

Went to the post office to pick up my package. The tall middle aged man behind the counter was externally rude, condescending, and out right mean. I asked how his day was, and a simple question regarding a package. He treated me very poorly as if I was a burden and talked to me like I was stupid. I was polite the entire interaction but left feeling horrible. You need to change your employees because it is unfair for customers to have to deal with such condescending rude individuals.

I've been a couple times in past months great service. Both the regular staff & that of the Post Office.Those who seem to give bad reviews have done so many years ago. I guess they never figured that people change either in body(leave)or attitude or more likely the reviewers brought on the bad attitudes themselves.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Picking up parcels with notices always turns into an ordeal.Oh....call us first they say.What a good idea...except it rings for 30 seconds then straight to voicemail. Nobody picks up. I called 7x with the same results.They don't even attempt to see if you parcel is in...the lady just circled the date in a condescending manner.Horrible experience every time I have a parcel to pick up which is usually once a week.

The lady who works the canada postage desk has a terrible attitude and is extremely lazy. This is the first Canada Post where I have prepaid packages and she expected me to wait in line. Every other location has a spot where they want you to just place it and leave. I saw a spot where I have previously at this location dropped items and she rudely asked me to pick up the items and get back in line. I am talking about the young Indian lady. My reviews seem to be in line with the rest of the reviews of this particular location.

We have been using this pharmacy for years, ever since we lived in the townhouses next door. We still go there as the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and conscientious. We really appreciate how the always let us know when prescriptions are running low.

This place is a joke and completely unorganized. From the dopey management who couldn't handle a customers request down to the man hating fools in the Canada post corner. My renewal notices are never placed in the box on time and when I do get them, it's my fault for not paying on time.Get your heads together in here folks. No one enjoys your long line ups just to see your scowling faces.Thanks for being such a joy for all these years but I have taken my business elsewhere.
