Staff is always super friendly. Not as much options with collections etc as there used to be.

Hot Topic is one of the best places to shop merchandise. From pins to apparel, they have almost everything you would need to add to your collection. They have a huge collection of t-shirts. There were good deals during my visits. They also had a variety of Funko's stacked up. I got a nice Supernatural pin from this store. Highly recommended for fans.

Saw signs with discounts so I went in to browse. Saw some track pants that I like buy it was in a special priced t shirt bin so I wasn't sure about pants price. Looking around for sales help. There were 3 people working there at the time. Two behind the counter and one on the floor. I went over to the floor lady with pants in hand, intended to ask question but she turned as I approach her and went talking to another person instead, a rather rude move I thought since I was unofficially 1st in line for help. Turns out that person was her friend/ relative because they were chit chatting about things, not store, merchandise related ( was not eavesdropping intentionally but was just standing next to them) I was waiting for them to finish talking so I can get pricing. Sale person seemed annoyed and turned slightly away with back towards me as if I am intruding their personal space. Surprised at that demeanor I went line up instead, there were a cashier already helping a customer so I thought I can ask the other person behind there because she wasn't doing the cashier thing (only 1 was open) I was 3rd person online so I thought if that other person is not ringing in merchandise I can ask her to price check for me. I thought wrong. She must be doing some covert task that I cannot see from the other side of the counter, she pointed at the cashier suggesting I ask him instead. I stranded in line for another 2 3 minutes after hearing questions asked by the cashier about address , name , phone number and email address etc. I got fed up and put the pants back and left. Will not go back nor recommend this store to anyone.

I'd love to give 5 stars but having one location, and being located in the north end which is obviously too far for 3/4 of public. Open one in White Oaks Mall and you'll get that fifth star. BTW, staff and store are awesome of course.

great products from my all time favorite shows and things, but very overpriced, and quite rude employees! there were multiple employees while i was the only customer and they didn't even greet me, nevermind be courteous when i spoke to them. especially the young guy with red and black fluffy hair... i was very kind, just had a question about stock, and the attitude i received in return was so unnecessary. will stick to shopping online from now on. or from spencer's as their employees are always SO SWEET !

My kid loves this store. There is a great selection but it can feel cramped and overwhelming when there are a few people in the store because of the layout and limited space. Love the selection of t-shirts and horror movie gear.

I went in today with my daughter and niece and the two staff members were amazing. I unfortunately didn’t get their names. They were so kind and knowledgeable about their merchandise. I couldn’t say enough good things about them! We will be back for sure and I hope that they will be working when we do.

Brought my daughter in for the first timeand she fell in love❤️ This is one of my favorite stores. I love the selection but wish they were a bit bigger and carried more of the stuff from online

this store is super cool!! i found a speedwagon shirt (jojo's bizarre adventure) and it seemed very nice, however they should add more designs for jojo. there were two other shirts i purchased and they were just as wonderful. i bought some giorno giovanna earrings and they were gorgeous! i totally recommend this place if you are a jojo fan like me. by the way the staff is nice and friendly. i will totally come back for more.
