Consistently the best acupuncture experience, every time I go in. Their community room is spacious and the recliners are comfortable. Christina is always on point with attention to detail (no pun intended!) and making sure you're comfortable.

My aunt has been seeing Christine for what seems like forever and took me to see her about 7 years ago... I can't say I have ever had a bad experience here and wish I lived closer. Non-invasive, sliding scale pricing for access to everyone. 45 minutes will change your perspective of this ancient healing forever 10/10 recommend.

Heart and Hands is a community acupuncture and health clinic that offers excellent quality treatments at very affordable prices making it more accessible to everyone. The clinic provides a therapeutic, supportive and comfortable environment for those seeking the holistic health and healing benefits of acupuncture. The acupuncturists are highly knowledgeable and have many years experience. I have had continued success with treatments for anxiety, sleeplessness, TMJ, muscle tension and as well as to simply receive an all over sense of balance and harmony. I would highly recommend Heart and Hands to anyone who is interested in trying acupuncture or who has tried it and is looking for affordable treatments in a synergistic environment.

Caring and compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. I entered with my daughter in order to deal with stress and headache issues. I can't describe how relaxed the treatment made me feel. Although I am from out of province, I book an acupuncture appointment each time I am visiting. A gem of a place.

Absolutely awful, I was left in a dim room full of strangers and this was my first time doing acupuncture. I was told to cough" if i needed the doctor as she left to another room out of sight. The staff member at the front desk was frazzled out of his mind and took all confidence away for me in partaking on what was supposed to be a very exciting journey of acupuncture. He was awkward about their "sliding scale" payment system and i felt rushed throughout the entire process."
