Sushi poorly made, washroom dirty and seat broken, and ants crawling over all the utensils. I pointed it out to the staff and she looked at it then went to the back and was giggling with the other workers. They did not clean the counters or remove the utensils. Employees take no pride in their store or product whatsoever. Disgusting. Stick to Harbour Landing or Cornwall location instead. If Head Office is reading this, maybe you should be more selective when approving new franchisees, this store was disgusting.

Edit Dec 2022:Still nasty. I ordered dynamite sushi with salmon nigiri and got salmon sushi with smoked salmon nigiri. I hate smoked salmon, couldn't eat anything. They also gave me spring rolls when I ordered shrimp tempura. The only item to-order was their cold gyozaAlso, the staff don't heed allergy warnings and put snow peas in soup regardless of said warning.Edit: still garbage. Harbor landing is better. This location very clearly waters down its soup. Honestly I'd sooner spend extra time going across town than eat there again. The difference is by a mileSoup used to be phenomenal here. Amazing with soy sauce and Sriracha.Now its broth tastes very watered down. Barely any flavor. Its like this for every edo location now.Sushi barely holds together.So sad that the only good meal now is their bento box

Don't ever go or order here. It's very disappointing! Front male order staff doesn't even know their own menu. Didn't even check first with owner/manager and insists on the wrong info till it's too late.

Remind me to always come in and act rude because it'll make sure my food is pushed ahead and everyone else has to wait longer. It's ridiculous how this place handles rude people. It rewards childish behavior from adults. It's pathetic they were 4 orders behind me my food sat for 20 minutes without being addressed. And the rude person still got their food first. They forgot about certain mods and messed up my food. Worst Edo by far whoever worked the counter on June 28 2023 deserve to lose their job.

Do not order from them. They never ever EVER get the order right. Sushi missing, teriyaki sauce missing, drinks missing. If you have to eat there go in to the place yourself and make sure you check what’s in the bag before you leave. We’ve ordered from them about 10 times and they have NOT gotten our order right ONCE.EDIT 4 MONTHS LATER: we tried one more time for the heck of it. They totally screwed up the instructions for my son’s order. $15 down the drain. I’m not too certain about their reading skills and I mean that with all sincerity. That’s zero out of about a dozen times and I’m the eejit for trying again. Never again. We’re done with this place.

I have truly never had service this bad from any restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 pm to order takeout and didn’t leave until after 10:00 pm. We ordered a veggie platter and asked them to sub out the yam rolls for more avocado rolls and omit the soy sauce due to a gluten allergy. As I have Celiac Disease, I am very cautious with what and where I eat so I made sure to disclose this as the yam rolls contain gluten. There were 3 people waiting ahead of us. People who came in and placed their orders after us (about 20 minutes) received their food before we did. A man who was served 10 minutes after ordering received an apology for the wait time and we did not. The man taking orders was obviously very agitated and cut me off several times while I was ordering; however, I watched him key “ALLERGY” and the substitution into the computer so I know that he heard me. When we finally got our food, 55 minutes later, it ended up being incorrect. There were yams in both veggie platters and the sushi was broken and tossed into the trays randomly. We drove back to the restaurant (thankfully we live close by) to find a resolution. I told them that our order was wrong and the two workers started speaking to each other in another language, cutting me off. The worker accused me of telling him that I had an allergy to soy sauce and did not apologize for the mistake. I let him know that my allergy was to gluten and that I wanted no yams or soy sauce and he turned to his coworker and once again began speaking to her without replying to me. I asked for a refund and he seemed annoyed and said that he would have to call his manager to ask how to do it. Neither worker apologized for making a mistake on my order until I told them that I wouldn’t have been so upset if they had offered an apology in the first place.I would like to mention that we come to this location frequently. We were patient while waiting an hour for our order (which has never happened to us in any restaurant we’ve been to) and didn’t even get an apology or acknowledgement of the time it took to make the food. I understand that there were only 2 people working but this service was abysmal. We will not be back to this location and will be sure to not to recommend it to anyone.

If I can leave 0 stars will. 40 min waiting for 10 rolls. Crazy. Vary poorly run place. Don't waste your time and $$
