So a week ago I just moved to Windsor from Vancouver, BC . I was at Devonshire Mall looking for a good internet provider, I spoke with Molly at the Virgin Plus Kiosk and she was very helpful and easy to talk with . And just like that I have internet at my new place ! Thanks Molly !!!

I came to the mall to get my iphone 11 fixed, and went to the Virgin Kiosk to see if they could fix. They explained to me that they could not. The associates were very empathetic towards my situation and were able to get me a new phone for 0 down! I believe the gentleman who helped me was names Moe, I definitely recommended for all phone needs.

came in to get a new phone and the customer service with Mohamed E. was FANTASTIC. not only was he pleasant to work with but he was so knowledgeable with all his products and services. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, highly recommend if ur looking for phone or internet service look for Mohamed E or mr. giggles

My phone had been causing me trouble, came in today to get it fixed and had an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and understanding and took time to listen to the issue.
