Everyone especially the doctor were kind, understanding, very polite, professional, and so patient with me. I was given all of my options and I felt no pressure at all. I felt like I could make a good and informed decision about something that I find So stressful usually. I really appreciate the efforts at making me comfortable and the informed. The videos were a really nice touch and helped me understand the situation.

Friendly and very detailed at my consultation meeting. Loved the simple welcome board was a nice touch. Dr. Chambers was patient and using the videos was very helpful. Maggie is very friendly and allowed for a nice conversation. Overall I felt listened too and understood. Thank you!

Very friendly greeting and a welcome sign with my daughter’s name on it was a great start to an outstanding first consultation! Explanation of the process and options as well as professional opinion was first rate and left us with very few questions to ask from either Dr. Chambers or Maggie.

From the moment i walked in, the whole staff was incredibly friendly, in specific Maggie she is a sweetheart and her alone would make me come back! As per Dr.David Chambers, he was really nice , answered all my questions, and he gave me multiple options for the procedure i need. I didn’t once feel any pressure on which option i should choose! Overall 10/10!

My daughter loved walking in and seeing her name on the sign in the front reception. Dr Chambers explained everything very well and everyone was so welcoming and warm. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs braces!!

The receiving staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr Chambers was very knowledgeable and welcomed all questions I had. Maggie explained everything in details (finance and admin side of things) and was very friendly. It was a great experience and looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a consultation for my daughter. We saw Maggie and Dr Chambers. Both were very friendly. Dr Chambers explained the proposed treatment to my daughter; using videos to show her. Maggie explained the cost and all the insurance information! Overall a very pleasant experience!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that made me and my son feel very welcome and cared for. All our questions where answered and Dr. Chambers made sure we understood everything he told us. The visual presentation was very helpful too.
