Signature Event Rentals and Linen Service

Mari-Lea and her staff did a great job with providing us with our tables and table cloths. Our openhouse at our business looked very professional. The colours matched our decor perfectly. I highly reccomend Signature Events to anyone looking for this type of service.

They don’t deserve single star too because i booked them for my wedding and i gave them temporary date and i paid them 320 dollar full amount in advance but due to some family reason i need to cancel the temporary date but they didn’t refund me a single dollar. I will not recommend them to anyone else.

Signature Events is amazing! The staff and the owner are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I rented from here for my Wedding back in September and I cannot say enough good things about this place! Our rental order was correct and easy to pick up and drop off, the staff are extremely helpful, the prices are very reasonable, and everything was exactly what we had wanted and hoped for.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for rentals for any event as Signature Events has a large variety of rental needs, keeps up with what's trending in the event world, and the staff are all around superb!I seriously cannot say enough good things about Signature Events! They were the best rental company we have ever dealt with!I will be coming back here for rentals for other events for sure!

I found the pieces I needed to be in great condition and worked well for our 50th Birthday party. Staff was wonderful and friendly to deal with. Would use them again for sure!

Great price matching and cheaper than other rental businesses. Very helpful and patient in planning process.Dishonest owner. The delivery boy backed the truck into our brand new shed. And caused a couple hundred dollars in damage. We wondered why the delivery person did not contact us or come to the house (right beside shed) to inform us they had arrived. The entire truck could have driven right into the shed to make unloading a lot faster and easier. Apparently The security camera" on the back of the truck showed that the driver did not back into the shed. We asked to come into signature events to watch the video for proof. We were told the "security company" deleted the video footage(5 days after the incident) so Signature Events couldn't have access to the camera (on the back of the truck) very fishy.We did not get any money for the damage. Honesty would have been appreciatedIn regards to response below.. Even though we were not happy

We had a rough experience with our booking. 4 days before our wedding we received a call where the person was quite rude to me, and threatened to cancel our booking unless we changed the delivery date of the order to a day earlier. Most wedding venues aren't flexible with storing a significant amount of chairs and tables without an extra cost for an extra day! Meanwhile, we had booked this 8 months ago and were told that they would be delivered on the day we requested. Very frustrating. Luckily we were able to work it our with our venue.The chairs and tables were good, although the assembly of the tables took quite some time and were wobbly (not all the legs fit correctly). There weren't any instructions on assembly which would be nice.

amazing, smooth experience! I called to place a chair order that had a specific timeline with the venue, and they executed perfectly with no issues. super pleased and would use again!
