I came in here on my lunch break around 4 on Monday the 21st. I was on the 2nd floor, while shopping a customer was bouncing back and forth asking if people worked here looking for a tie. I felt so bad I gave him a hand, meanwhile while I was helping him a girl with a yellow beanie and darker short hair in a ponytail who had a h&m landyard in her pocket walked by me a customer helping him and didn’t say anything. This is beyond ridiculous, what kind of staff sees this and doesn’t step in. If I could of given no stars to leave this review I would.

There is a decent amount of nice clothing for both professional styles and more trendy “street wear” styles. Prices are pretty reasonable for the quality, but there are some things that are way overpriced.However, my problem with this store is the customer service…or rather lack there of. I’ve entered this store numerous times, and I’ve never had an employee so much as look in my direction. They’re always more concerned with talking amongst themselves.

The worst staff and management I I have ever experienced in a store ever. I went back to return/exchange a shirt that had apparent issues. I used it once and It randomly got stains on it after one wash, which I had performed properly on low temperature. I was approached to extremely rudely and impolite. The women was with a snarky voice saying it was my own fault. She did not want to help me in any way and said it was fat stains without even knowing?? I can’t believe the audacity of this extremely rude personal !!

Ridiculous customer service. I asked a girl named greece to help me out with some stuff and the way she replied was disgusting. She went like whats up in a rude tone and when i asked where i can find the blazer of my size and she was like go there and see the stuff by the wall . I brought this up to the manager working in the morning shift and she assured me that she would definitely look into it. You guys really need teach the workers the actual meaning of HOSPITALITY.

Well I found a dress that I liked, but leaving the room to get an opinion and left my purse and clothes in the room. The women running the change rooms took my clothes and gave someone else my change room. Sorry I took 2 min to get someone’s opinion but that does not mean you can touch someone else’s clothes!

I went there a couple days before Christmas to return two shirts that didn’t fit. The woman on till had zero idea what she was doing. I explained to her that I wanted to exchange the one for a different size and return the other. She took it as “oh I’ll just make her pay for the shirt she already purchased” and tired to charge me 24 dollars for a SHIRT I ALREADY PURCHASED. I then told again what I wanted to do and I literally had to walk her through step by step. Why are you putting employees on till by themselves if they have no idea what they’re doing?
