Within a week of accepting the quote, Chris was at my house installing the A/C! Really quick and responsive to a new customer and professional work for the installation and set up - highly recommend.

I approached RMK with the intention of getting the outdoor unit of my air conditioner replaced. The issue was with the compressor but multiple service providers had told me that it was impossible to get warranty for it. Instead of providing a quote, Chris proceeded with a plan to claim warranty for me. I was very skeptical but within a day, he told me that he was able to get warranty for me! Chris completed the compressor replacement and commissioning - the air conditioner works! Very honest, efficient and professional local business at a competitive rate! I had worked with a number of heating/cooling specialists but we need more like RMK.

The team was professional and worked quickly and cleanly to install the system, even taking the time to show me how to set up the app in my phone and give me some tips on year round use and maintenance. Had a great experience with my Trane XR14 air conditioner installation with RMK.Eric the electrician came a few weeks before the installation of the AC and his work running the electrical was very fast and neat. He was in and out within 45 minutes!Once it was time to install the unit, Chris and Lee showed up exactly on time. Both of the guys took great care in how the final end product looks and functions. They ran the electrical conduit nicely on the outside of the house, and the refrigerant lines in the basement leading to the furnace definitely look like they were the work of professionals.As they wrapped up the installation, Chris and Lee went over the basics of keeping up on the maintenance of the air conditioner and tips on operation during the summer months.Very much enjoyed the experience with RMK from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We discovered that our furnace had stopped working overnight and was displaying an error code. the most professional company, very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all the questions I had, and they were very fast at getting the AC in and installed into our home. They were so good we had them install a garage heater and dehumidifier. They did an amazing job on all installs. Very affordable and highly recommended.

Chris came out to fix our furnace when the pilot kept going out, just weeks after another company replaced the thermocouple incorrectly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did the job right, cleaned the furnace components properly and has continued to follow up to make sure the furnace is still working well. Called Chris at 8 pm because my furnace was not working. He was able to troubleshoot it over the phone to get me through the night and came out the next day to replace a few parts. Very reasonable prices and truly honest. I would not hesitate to call RMK in the future!
