She was highly professional but genuinely personable which is a rare trait. Clearly identified my objectives, actively pursued the right fit and negotiated hard when I needed her skill sets to kick into high gear. Not to mention, providing sound advice during the engagement and forethought about the investment potential downstream. Brooke even noticed I liked some furnishings during the final walkthrough, offered to speak with the seller and I owned them the next day for half the retail price.All in all, through Brooke and her network, I was able to secure what I wanted under budget and meeting my sense of urgency. We recently sold our home with Jenna as our selling agent and the whole experience was well handled and seamless. All advertised services were offered as per their website. She and Brooke did an excellent job with staging the house for showings and ensured that viewings were properly handled during the pandemic. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, provided recommendations for third party providers as needed and provided sound advice throughout the process. All in all they made a stressful transaction in a stressful time a lot less stressful.

These ladies were able to come and view my house 2 hours after I had contacted them. It was staged, pictures were taken it went live and was sold in 5 days for way over the asking price. I had a very cooperative tenant in my house and the girls dealt directly with her, freeing me up from having to be the middle person with information. They are extremely professional and I was kept up to date with all pertinent information in a very timely matter. The staff at the real estate firm was also very responsive with sending my lawyer and my bank all the paperwork needed to get the ball rolling. I was very impressed with these ladies and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We were 100% satisfied with the very professional and helpful real estate advice and services provided by Jenna and Brooke. We met Jenna by happenstance at a property her team was selling and Jenna offered to provide us with a no obligation appraisal on our own home. Jenna and Brooke came to our home armed with research they performed in order to justify their appraisal. They persuaded us of the value in using a realtor and were enthusiastic (but not pushy) in their approach. Within a week the Richie team assisted us in selling our home for nearly $100,000 over asking and before our home hit the MLS.
