I have emailed, phoned and left voicemails for months now. I have never received a response. On their website it states, “ Fees paid for membership assessment is non refundable. To avoid this please contact us to get clarification before submitting documentation application.” so of course I was trying to contact them before submitting the application. In one voicemail I even let them know I had a job opportunity that required the license and that time was of the essence. A big concern is: if I do somehow manage to become a member, what type of support will I receive if I ever need a response from them?

Excellent customer service. Staff were very helpful to me with the application process to become a member as a licensed holistic health practitioner. I can now apply for my holistic business license with the city.
