Doc braces has been nothing but professional and attentive since I began my orthodontic journey 3 yrs ago. I have consistently received a warm welcome at the door when I arrive and have alway left having had the best care.The amazing staff have provided me with the education needed on caring for my new smile and are quick to respond to any maintenance needs along the way. I believe Docs braces are the best around.

My Doc Braces experience has been fantastic! Excellent service and outcomes! I went in for an appointment recently, and the procedure of getting an appointment and having the treatment done is simple and straightforward. It was great to see all of their COVID safety precautions in place; it made me feel much more at ease coming. Strongly suggested, perfect place to get braces.

I wanted braces for a while, so when I saw that doc braces did free consultations I booked right away! I had not planned on going into the consultation and booking on the spot, but they staff there were so extremely kind and friendly that I was sold! The receptionists greet you kindly and help recommend dentists. Megan who did my consultation talked me through my many anxieties and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Dr. Issam was very professional and made sure I understood every step that will be taken to have my teeth fixed up.Today I went and had my braces put on. The process was easy and stress free! Breaks we’re given when needed, and again the staff ensured my thorough understanding of the process. I’m excited to continue my healthy teeth journey with Doc Braces!

For as long as I can remember, I have been in dire need of braces. Unfortunately, my case was deemed too complicated" by several dentists who had provided me with consultations. Despite the many consultations and fees I had paid

Today I went to Docbraces to get my bonded retainer replaced and the staff were amazing. The receptionists were were very kind and as soon as I sat down in the waiting room, the Orthodontist called me in. She was very nice, informative, and did amazing work. I will definitely be returning to Docbraces for any future needs, and I recommend them highly.

I went in because my lingual wires were damaged. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hygienist and orthodontist examined my situation and offered me their professional opinion. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was given several treatment options based my needs. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended!

A very bad place to be.Dr Issam Abualreesh is disrespectful and arrogant towards the client and I realize that he was also impatient towards his employees. Even if you pay thousands of dollars to align your teeth, he doesn’t like multiple questions. When you pay so much he should answer your questions calmly until you understand even if it takes all day. He makes disrespectful remarks if you don’t feel entirely satisfied like “you’ve looked too much at your teeth” or “you don’t like your teeth?” not related to his work but he assumes that you don’t like the bones themselves. He doesn’t care if a lot of subjects were left unclear and you want to have more information about it, instead he becomes impatient and totally ignores that you’re putting your hard working money on this. It’s the kind of people you don’t want to keep asking questions because you know they will get impatient or make you feel stupid and so you just want the conversation to be over while still being in the fog. He ends things with a meaningless ‘have a good day’ with no eye contact and leave the room as usual. We all want to go to a clinic and talk to a respectful and patient doctor especially if you have multiple appointments. This is definitely a place I wouldn’t recommend.

Worse customer and bad place to be here. Dr Issam totally wast my time. I waited almost of year. I haven’t done brace. Every time call office never get my questions back. Never know my appointment or what I’m doing next. Review one star still too much for this office

I must start by saying that the administrative staff and the hygienists are amazing. I have always felt welcome and cared for. That said, I believe the experience with the orthodontist could be improved. It feels rather impersonal and mechanical. The only time I felt heard during the past two years was when Dr. Abualreesh was on vacation, and another orthodontist covered his patient load. The doctor covering for him took his time with me, listened to my concerns and reassured me.I am currently 1 month shy of 2 years into my treatment and feel I have no idea what is happening. I ask questions but am often met with half answers and uncertainties.If I had to do this all over again, I’d find another location with an orthodontist who is more involved with their patients.If you are ok with a more hands-off approach, then this location is perfect!*Adult Orthodontic ExperienceEdit: Since this review about 6 months ago, I have spoken to the Office Manager, and she has been great at ensuring I have all my questions answered. She has also promised to explain anything I need to ensure my experience is better. I’ve added another star because she definitely has gone above and beyond. I can’t say I am any happier with the orthodontist, but at this point, I am just trying to finish my treatment and be happy with my results.
