Very impatient staff and I smelt alcohol off the man's breath ... the owner gahda was telling me how her husband is an alcoholic i felt very uncomfortable

I had a wonderful experience with Photoderma. The team is professional and they know what they are doing. I didn't have any issues personally, but Ghada (the technician who works there) goes above and beyond to make sure that every client is satisfied.

I was burned at last laser session ! She did not put any cream protection and I have scars on my back because of this .. I find this unprofessional and not recommend anyone to do laser at this place

Most Unprofessional place I ever went to ! they burnt me several times and made me see all blurry due to the laser light and didn't even ask if i was OK just sent me on my way! the laser hair removal dosent work they are crooks ! i tried to ask for atleast a little bit of my money back and they hung up on me ! also the owner gahda wears a winter hat during procedures
