very amazing collection and also great customer service. This is my favourite place in surrey to shop Indian suits. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. Definitely recommend 100% must visit.

I had a very bad experience. They are totally different people when you buy from them. I had a defective piece and they won’t return it or even replace it. They said you should have checked it before you bought it with an attitude . I have told all my family and friends to stay away from this store.

I went to Lux collection yesterday with my mom and 3 sisters and the ladies there were such a great help , we picked out 5 outfits, they also asked my sisters and me what we were looking for and found it right away . Sarkia was such an amazing lady there helping us out. I will definitely go back and shop for more suits. I found my favourite go to place for Indian outfits.

Very bad service.. they were mocking for not knowing Hindi.. I was planning on getting something for our party after the way they treated. I walked out of the store.. not happy and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this store to anyone.. wish there was zero star instead of one star..

We walked in today without an appointment. We happened to hop into a sale. They had so many options that were at such a great price. The experience was excellent. A sales associate was hovering over us and knew we neeeded help and she proceeded to do that. They have such nice staff and was very helpful! I ended up purchasing a sharara suit that was pretty much made for my size. So excited to wear it at my daughter’s haldi! Thank you Lux Collections.

I went to this shop last week to look for some outfits. I was impressed with their reasonable prices and with the services rendered by all staff even though it was a busy day. I tried on at least 15 outfits and the group worked together to make this efficient without rushing me. They provided honest opinions when asked which I appreciated. Moreover, they even purchased some chai for me and my exhausted family. I recommend checking them out!

Went in looking for suits for my cousins wedding on a time crunch. All the ladies there were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. They found us two gorgeous lehengas and we’re very happy! There were lots of beautiful suits on sale and a wide selection within our budget to select from. Had a great experience and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Absolutely amazing team and customer service with the best designs! I have never shopped at an Indian store as much as I have shopped here this year. The owner and his team are all very accommodating and go out of their way to ensure you find what you’re looking for. I was able to find all my outfits for my brothers wedding week here, within minutes. They have an amazing selection to choose from and are very well priced. Super happy with everything I was able to find, and cannot wait to shop more here in the near future!
