I've been using Bell's services for about 6 months now and I'm pretty happy with it. I have no plans of switching to another service provider. The customer service with Bell started with Mr.Vishnu who dealt with me patiently and suggested me the most cost effective appropriate plan considering my needs. That was a great start. The technicians who visited my home for the setup was another amazing guy too. Sadly I dont remember his name. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

really satisfied from my experience there! Milly was the lady who served me and she was being reassuring and being nice the whole time while setting up my home services. she answered any question I had, was patient and made sure my time there was more than great.

Great staff, awesome service!! I had my cellphone set up by Milly at Plaza and she was very pleasant to deal with. Helped me out a lot as I am not very tech savvy. Would recommend this store ! Thank you

Had made an appointment online to go in to the store for assistance with a switch over. I lucked out and was served (wonderfully, I may add) by Milly :) She was fantastic! Personable, kind, knowledgeable, helpful - she made the experience so much better! I wish I got the name of the gentleman who assisted us a few times because he was great too. Even spoke to the store manager as I had a question/situation that was way out there ;) - another ace at the store! Will definitely be calling the store instead of the call centre (if possible) as these folks are A1!

Had such a great experience in store with Milly. She was super helpful and informative, and not only set up my new plan with everything I need but helped make a plan for future things I need to add to my account. Very clean store, great staff. Will definitely go back!!

I want to share the awesome customer service I experienced when I went into your center and was approached by Ashton. He was very polite, very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I went in to upgrade my son's phone in the near future and Ashton took the time to go into detail to show me my options. He was very patient with me as I am not tech savvy. He did not pressure me into making a purchase at that moment like some salespeople do. Because of this when it is time for me to make my purchase I will definitely be going there and asking for Ashton.

I recently inquired with Bell Aliant for internet and cable at my new home and was able to get a really reasonable rate and prompt service for the same day that we are moving. Really appreciate the kindness and clarity from Milly, the customer rep that took care of my requests. :)
