Sam cut my hair and I'm happy with the result and the process. I had a general idea of what I wanted but not exactly. So, she patiently suggested cutting my hair in stages. She started with cutting off a bit and asked how it looked. And then upon request, she proceeded to cut off more. She's competent!

I went in for a hair cut and asked for a light trim an inch off the top and she cut like 4 inches off. I do not recommend this place if you have the time please go to somewhere else where like a professional hair dresser. These people where so bad that it’s like the don’t have a license and has no clue what there doing. They should stick to washing hair and washing feet. -5 stars

The blonde employee in her late 20s , Ruined my daughter’s hair and cut my sons hair shorter than he asked and left him with a small bald patch on the back of his head , I would Not recommend sending your kids here unless you want to upset and disappoint them. I will say the mature burnet woman did do a good job on my other daughters curly hair cut and did a great job styling it straight. It’s a gamble coming here , good luck ….

Lauren was amazing. I described how I wanted my layers to better assist with my journey of getting my curls to come back and she read my mind. Bangs were perfect! Layers are perfect! I even had the odd request of making sure I could still all fit all my hair in a pony pretty high on my head and she definitely nailed it! All my boxes checked and the price was half what I expected <3 we are moving to Smithville soon so I am super glad I have found a hair dresser that understands what I need and can get it done! <3 <3

Went for a simple cut. The first time was great. Got a newer employee I guess. I can't beleive i walked out and didn't have them fix it. But i don't want to go back now and have it become worse. Looked worse the next day!! Can't go back there anymore. My hair was not cut to length, you can see the levels she did not smooth, spots were missed and it took forever. Did not clean the station before or after each person. Or my head for that matter lol. Better off shaving my head now. Thanks.O and i waited 30 mins past my appointment time too.

DO NOT GET HAIRCUTS FROM HERE!!!!!! The blonde girl has absolutely no clue how to cut hair! I asked for just a trim and for my hair to be “evened out” and she basically gave me a Fn MULLET!!!!! It looks like a kindergartener cut my hair I’m literally crying as I’m ordering extensions and booking a haircut from a professional hairdresser (magic cuts) . SAVE YOURSELVES AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS SPA! Negative 10 star! I would have loved to post a horrendous before and after pic but I guess that’s why no pics are allowed on there reviews
