These trainings created a foundational understanding and awareness of topics such as inclusive language, and how they can be applied to our work both internally and within our educational programming. We appreciated her collaborative nature, her positive attitude, and her ability to speak to complex issues with clarity. You could hear a pin drop as everyone in the room was focused on Janelle and her keynote message.
