I went to pharmaprix to exchange my mom's blood glucose monitor. My mom is a client there for 20 years and she was treated with total disrespect by the laboratory employees and me too. They made us wait 30 min and they've told us that they must prepare orders for people that are not there yet and they don't care for the fact that we were there waiting.Every time that we have to deal with the pharmacy, we are treated disrespectfully by the staff, in person or by the phone and also they misplace the pills every single time.Try to avoid this place if you don't want to be insulted and disrespected by the employees.

the pharmacy have a very good and friendly staff with great people there, and it's a nice store with so many products, everything is clean, it's so good that it's open 24 hours a day it is a very good help for everybody who may need for some emergency supply, had very good experience with them.

Take down your banner saying Ouvert 24 heures" when it is not the case anymore. Drove all the way there only for it to be closed. Very disappointing that a service like this is being taken away from Laval if ever someone has an emergency and needs medicine. Now you have to drive to Montreal. Not great at all."

Milk is always out of stock, service is slow. Bring your own bags. They don’t offer paper bag or plastic bags.

The staff had to close for 30 minutes, whatever, it happens. BUT, they were just standing in front of the windows taking pictures of people waiting to get in and laughing. Very unprofessional and still not open after 30 minutes..

Absolutely bad management they open 24h when ever they want I came all the way from saint Jérôme and they we're close its so unprofessional if you can't open 24h at least remove the pictures which saying open 24h now many other bad stuff about this place not recommande at all

I bought a pair of leggings for 20$. Got home to see there was a hole in them. So I went to exchange them. The package is an open cardboard holder. So they tell me it cannot be exchanged because its open. IT COMES IN AN OPEN PACKAGE.... so I tell them this. Has to get a manager, manager says no. I did not make the hole, so I insist. Now they have to go check in the back, for the pharmacy god to tell them what to do. Finally got them changed, they see me there 3 times a week, and I had to go thru that. Maybe they should come in closed packs, someone nicked them and left them there. But really? Put me thru airport security to exchange leggings!
