Customer service today was ridiculous and lied about a fake store policy about customers not being able to choose which item they’ed like to purchase and the employee chooses for you now. Upon talking with the owner this “policy” never existed and the employee was “misinformed”. In the past I’ve had good experiences shopping at Nobletoyz but this particular employee was unprofessional. Usually smaller businesses have better customer service compared to big box stores but today that was the complete opposite at Nobletoyz.

Best store around the GTA , great selection, there's something for everyone in this collection. Alex was super helpful and kind, if all stores had someone like him working would be successful! Can't wait to go back and get more stuff

Gotta say the owner knows what he is talking about. Very informative and just overall a great guy. I highly recommend this place he works very hard to make his business succeed!!!

Nobletoyz is a great store for funkos their selection is amazing and you can find some great items for decent prices.Alex was amazing help, I really appreciate his kindness and suggestions.Overall my favorite store for funkos in Canada!

Drove from downtown Toronto to grab a specific toy for my son that only Noble toyz had, the owner was super helpful and very friendly, the store has an amazing selection of collectibles and regular toys, I recommended Nobletoyz 100% to friends and family.

Based on what I've seen at this store...Id have to say the proprietor (Derrick) is a super friendly person, with a lot of knowledge.Prices are very fair and some are way below what you find online. I never feel like I'm being pushed to buy anything even when i'm just browsing. I was unsure what one of reviewers was thinking to give only one star, but looking at their profile, they give everyone one star..so now it makes sense. I will continue to support my community and completely understand the struggle of small time business owners. Thank you and keep up the good work Derrick!!!
