Beautiful space and incredibly talented healers. Jordan helped my father, 83, return to optimal health and was such an incredible match for him. I know usually more athletic types come Jordan's way but he's really able to adapt and work well with an older clientele too. Especially one who never does the homework and always wonders why pain returned. Oh dad!

Awefull, would never recommend to anyone. Had to put 1 star, but rating is a big fat 0!!!! Registered for classes that were cancelled at the last minute, was forced into another class. After attending 2 classes was called and told was not supposed to be attending these classes as there was a waiting list. When trying to underatand what was happening, was yelled at by facility representative, told I did not understand anything and that this was a business decision. I am now out $250 and still trying to comprend which business model their decision was based on...

Absolutely the best experience with a Physiotherapist ever! Stephanie Burans is a phenomenal physiotherapist and a Pelvic Floor therapist. I started going to deal with a shoulder issue, then my back gave out and without skipping a Stephanie was able to not only work on my shoulder, but my back as well; and identified the issue with my Pelvic floor that was contributing to my back pain and injury! She is knowledgeable, personable, professional and manages to give me the cues I need to aid in my recovery! Amped is clean, well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional! I would recommend them every single time! I would also encourage anyone whose had a baby to go to a Pelvic Floor specialist; specifically go see Stephanie Burans as she is the best.

Amped Goalie School is awesome. Andrew and his staff are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Each drill has a goal. The coaches adapt their shots and intensity to the goalies skills/level. Goalies are challenged, but get to learn in a fun, supportive environment.

Wow I was a amazed by Staff and Physiotherapist Chelsea. I was greeted and made feel comfortable through my visits and feel so much better than the pain I used to have.I never thought I would go to a Witch Doctor but believe me I will continue to go as I have felt the results in a short time and now my family says told you so, and I had to eat humble pie and admit I should have done it six months ago. The pain was so I couldn't sleep at night my shoulder was burning in pain and after the first visit wow is all I can say.Thanks

I attended the inaugural Power Edge Pro adult class at the newly opened AMPED Sports Lab. Given that this was the first class they had run for adults and the building had just opened, I kept my expectations low. I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was brand new and spotless. The instructor did an excellent job with a mixed group to keep the drills challenging but manageable. And they were challenging! This is not a power skating class; it is all about handling the puck. Most hockey players touch the puck for a few seconds in a game. In this class, you handle the puck the whole time. I will be signing up for the next session, and enrolling my kids; it is that good.

Great knowledge and skill with any of the therapists that I have seen. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend them :)

Amped is a wonderful complex and team of professionals. My goalie son loves to go whenever possible, the staff are fun with the students and make learning enjoyable. My player son is challenged by the staff, and always leaves tired but with a smile on his face. I would highly recommend Amped to any goalie or player.

Amazing facility with equally amazing staff! I’ve been doing an adult work out session with Dominique for over a year now and she’s helped me get to a level of fitness I never thought would be possible - can’t say enough great things about her! My boys have done PEP, skills sessions, gym workouts and CORE vision training - they’ve loved everything they’ve tried. First class facility and programs for all ages and skill levels.
