bought medium iced cap for $4.70. wasn’t even filled to the rim, and felt only half full when she handed it to me through the drive through window. by the time i parked my truck, and went inside, the foam, or should i say “head” on top had evaporated leaving it roughly half empty, and no ice in it at all. the lady argued saying, you asked for espresso, and that’s what it does, it melts the ice. i said no way, i bought one the just the day before at a different location, and it was twice the weight, and an inch above the rim, into the lid, and there was still trace of ice at the bottom of the cup when i finished it, nearly an hour later. she said no way, turned and walked away. stay away if you want the best bang for your buck when buying a iced cap. this isn’t the first bad one i’ve received from this place which is why i decided to point it out to them.

This is my go to location. They run out of things alot. 3 out of 5 times they dont have what i regularly purchase. There is always something not available when i order. It happens way too often.

I just went to this Tim's 5 mins ago.. where they ripped me off for my roll up to win cup. And when I brought it to thier attention, was talked to by their MANAGER, like I was the problem on not them.. asked me if i had bought anything thre, while being handed my coffee.. and when I asked to speak to some9ne above her head was told. NO...... glad roll up is back... don't go to this store if u want to play..

Air conditioning muchly appreciated. The new Oreo Strawberry ice cap is DELICIOUS. Throw in a sprinkle doughnut I'm one happy customer.

depends time of daymorning staff are phenomenal. always super fast, super nice and never mess up. everything is done properly and fresh.mid-day and evening staff are alright, but usually rude/to the point and pushy.

Put the sauce in the wrap please. Nothing more annoying then eating wraps without the farmers sauce in it. Yes ppl order sausage and bacon in their farmers wrap.. why would u make an option for one without ? Now i dont get any wraps with sauce!!

It's a decent Tim Hortons. Usually is well staffed and efficient, which means you get your order quickly. Good for grabbing you morning coffee/tea if your in a hurry.

Place should get better employees. Ordered the candy cane hot chocolate since it was advertised on the menu and got regular instead and it just tasted milky. Asked for the chicken noodle soup which comes with an artisan bun- they didn’t even give me a spoon with my order. I asked for one and they gave me two spoons as if it was going to make up for it. I asked where my bun was and they said they were still making it. I ate my whole soup waiting for the bun and it never came- I ended up leaving and throwing out my full hot chocolate. Horrible establishment and I’m never coming back.
