Rohail was incredibly helpful with selecting a lift chair for my father. He was knowledgeable about the different brands and was able to make a recommendation tailored to my father's needs. His father Ali was able to deliver the chair within a couple of days and set it up. All in all a great experience.

We were in need of an electric scooter and we were not happy with several Vancouver big box stores. These folks were helpful caring and professional. June 3, 2023I first talked on the phone to Ali about electric scooters last week and found him to be very informative and a pleasure to talk to. My wife and I went to his store on Monday, May 1, to look at the Big Foot S836 electric scooter and were very impressed with the information and service provided by Ali, the owner of this family owned business. He answered all my questions patiently and certainly was a pleasure to deal with. As we live approximately a half hour drive away from the store and had no means to get the scooter home, he kindly delivered it to the house the next day and again went over all the details. Excellent service from both Ali and Rohail, Father and Son, in this family owned business.My husband wanted a scooter so he can get around. We visited a few mobility stores to check what was available. I was in need of a lift chair for my father in long term care. I had certain requirements to be met so had started on the task of contacting several suppliers for a suitable chair.
