went for an ultrasound and had a good experience. reception/admin was quick in responding to my emails. mandy, my sonographer, was kind and friendly. the facility was clean and easy to find. i recommend this clinic for getting your ultrasounds done!

Due to a family emergency, I had to reschedule my ultrasound. I had called a couple other clinics that were booking 1-2 months later. I honestly started to panic a bit.When I got through to the receptionist hat Radiant, they were extremely kind and helpful and managed to book me in the following week.When I arrived at the clinic, it was such a pleasant surprise. Their front desk staff were efficient, and super nice. The clinic itself is the cleanest ultrasound clinic I've ever been to. 12/10 for cleanliness.During my appointment, my ultrasound tech was Mandy. My gosh - all the amazing things I can say about her. She was so lovely, and kind. She made me feel at ease the moment I came in to the room. She was super attentive and really professional.When I left, my spouse also mentioned how nice and welcoming she made him feel as well. He didn't believe ultrasound techs could be so nice (he unfortunately did not have a great experience at another clinic).Radiant has been hands down one of the best medical experiences I've ever had all thanks to their amazing staff and their tech Mandy.

I did my NT ultrasound 2 weeks ago, had a wonderful experience in the clinic . My technician name is Madhu, she is very professional, clam me down easily and let me felt less stress. She explained the steps clearly and allow my husband to see our baby altogether after finished all key measurements. I booked my next appointment online and looking forward to seeing my baby soon.

I went here for my first trimester obstetrical ultrasound. I called on a Saturday and got an appointment 2 days later. The office was modern and clean. Not very busy and was taken in for my appointment after a few minutes of arrival. My tech was Deb, who was amazing she made me very comfortable. She was warm and explained every step of the way. She was lovely to my husband and I. Definitely, will come back through the rest of my pregnancy and for any medical imaging needs.

We explicitly told the individual doing the anatomy scan we did not want to know the gender of the baby because it was supposed to be a surprise during the birth. The person performing the scan accidentally referred to the baby by its pronoun once or twice completely giving away the surprise! How foolish do you have to be as a professional to make such a mistake!!!! Complete incompetence! Don’t go to this place

Welcoming staff when you walk in with a modern and warm clinic design. The technician was friendly and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. I will definitely be back for all my imaging needs.

Good services for this clinic.I had all of my pregnancy and postpartum ultrasound here! What a great experience!The receptionist were able to book me in quickly and I was greeted by friendly staff in a very clean clinic.Mandy, the technologist who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained every step of the procedure. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire ultrasound procedure.Highly recommended!

Beautiful office. It’s nice to walk into such a well run, clean, and welcoming ultrasound facility. Staff were lovely and professional. The ultrasound technician was warm and explained every step. Having experienced multiple miscarriages in the past year, it was so nice having a technician that was gentle and kind, which relieved my anxieties. She was also so sweet to let me to take a picture for my husband to see. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
