Absolute worst company in Orillia. Went in for a simple corrosion replacement of panels and doors. Panels are misaligned, bubbles in the paint, missing screws and windows don't auto roll down anymore. Very unhappy with the job and they had my car for a month and didnt do anywork for a whole 2 and half weeks becuase they didn't think to order the parts paint them then bring my car in. They never took down my number so I always had to call. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. Would never recommend.

My truck was hit in a parking lot and dented up the side of my truck bed. I took it to them they gave me a quote by next day and was able to get it in and fixed in 4 days great prices awesome staff couldn't be happier truck looks brand new again. On top of that they detailed it inside out before returning it to me

These guys are great! They go above and beyond to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.I vaporized a raccoon late on a Thursday night, it destroyed my bumper along with some other internals. So I called CK Friday morning, they worked with my insurance and had my car scheduled in for the next Monday. A rental was waiting when I got there and they had the car fixed by Thursday morning!Excellent customer service and top notch work!

Had my BMW repaired with CK recently (body paint, door replacement). The guys did an excellent job and the car looks good as new. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Professional, skilled, fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the job CK Collision did on my vehicle. The vehicle was brought into CK to have rust repairs done. They had the vehicle for five days when I was advised 2-3 days. When I picked it up CK missed an obvious rust spot on the inside of the door that they were aware of, they also took a rear light out of my back window and never put it back in, left it sitting on my back seat with the screws in the light. Thank god it didn’t rain and condensation getting into the electrical. They also removed my weather stripping and never replaced it. Left it sitting in the box of my truck. It was not my choice to go to CK Collision but this is who Mac Lang deals with. Apparently I was covered for $3,000 worth of rust protection through Chrysler and there is no way they put $3,000 worth of work into my truck. I have always dealt with Industrial Auto Body and for good reason. It will be Industrial who fixes CK’s mistakes. Never again would I go to CK Collision or recommend them to anyone. I can see why the majority of our cruisers went to Industrial to be repaired. Hopefully they do a better job on other vehicles.

The staff are fantastic! Andrew and Doug were so great to deal with. The job they did on my vehicle was superb and I would recommend them to anyone. They are definitely my go to" guys."

Big shout out to Doug and Dan and the repair team at CK Collision, they went over and above to make my truck look like brand new again it makes a difference it’s looks fantastic!!!! Way to go !!!!

Picked up after they said accident work completed…Bolts not tightened on replacement panels under hood (sticking out over 1/4”).Huge gap between hood and body.Trim not attached in wheel wells and under hood.New panels on rear don’t match old (sticking out from side where they meet and uneven gaps)Air bag sensor not repairedTow hitch hole cover missing.Jack not stowed properly and covers not put back properly in trunk.Returned for correction:Obvious visible bolts tightened (no idea what else they missed that’s not visible).Panels looked ok, then sprung out again after a couple of weeks use.Air bag sensor repaired by dealer.Tow hitch cover orderedReturned to pick up tow hitch cover, they had lost it!!! Said they would order another and callMonths later, no call….******AVOID THIS PLACE******
