Burlington Village Dental Centre

Wanted to give this place a try for my braces… but the receptionist was so nasty to me on the phone. I suggest they get a new receptionist asap!

Very professional staff, dr. Zaki and Dr. Olivia are so patient. They give you time with no rush. My kids always love to go there. Also Rania the receptionist is so kind she always very helpful and understandable .We always prefer to go there for any dental needs.

Dr Zaki is a very professional, kind hearted and so cheerful, he took a great care of my 69 years old mom who hardly goes to dentists and always terrified, she has so many issues, he did a fantastic job to calm her down and talked to her about a plan of treatment, Dr Zaki did all he could to help her pain and he is now not only going to be my mom’s Dr but my entire family.I have to mention that he also have the best staff, Rania the receptionist is one of the kindest, she has done a lot to help us understand my mom’s dental coverage and submitting the claim was seemless.The X Ray technician and dental assistant was also so patient with my mom that doesn’t speak a word of English.I can’t thank you all enough for making the most difficult process enjoyable and pain free.Linda

The dentist recommended to replace 5 old fillers that had no problems with new ones for no reason. My teeth became very sensitive, couldn’t smile or breathe, didn’t eat well for weeks and couldn’t tolerate drinking both hot and cold liquids. Used up all my insurance limit for the year, I had to pay out of pocket for the other major staff somewhere else cause of his recommendation. If you are looking for a good dietitian, please visit this place.

Always a pleasure visiting the office. Friendly staff and very competent work. Had invisalign completed through them and it was a stress free experience.

When I moved to Burlington couple years ago I thought if I will ever get good caring dentist for our needs. To our surprise we found Burlington Village Dental Center at 4265 Thomas Alton blvd. Dr. Olivia and her husband Sameh are the best caring dentists in Burlington. Dr. Olivia is very gentle kind and professional with good heart. Her staff Rania and Zhi are very caring too. I will recommend Dr. Olivia for all dental needs. Very impressed.

Very professional staff from the receptionist to the dentist to the orthodontist to the dental assistants.. everyone took the time to explain the procedures and the treatment plan, and made sure to answer all the questions I had.. the clinic is always clean and tidy.. I needed a lot of dental work which they offered the best treatment and payment plans for both cavities and braces. The great teamwork they have in this clinic allowed me to finish all the work (cavities, cleaning and then braces) in only four appointments, since I come from the East end, they were very accommodating which I appreciated. I highly recommend it.
