Absolutely terrible customer service, have contacted them over 10 times in the past month and each time a sales rep says they will follow up with a quote but never ends up following through. Emailing and calling both hit dead ends with this company.

I've follow up several times with Ampak over the course of a half a year for a quote and they were unable to produce one. Slow service, disappointing.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I've tried 2-3 time each year for the past 3 years to get quotes and to make a purchase, to only have nobody ever get back to me. They initially reply they are transferring my email to a sales rep, and the sales reps never get back to you.. This year I tried for the 4th year and same thing. But this year they never replied once. Called once and asked to talk to a manager and was told they would take my info and get back to me. 3 years later I'm still waiting on that call. Apparently they aren't interested in doing business.
