I bought a new-to-me 2017 Highlander last year and the battery went on it this week, pretty much right on schedule. It has the start/stop technology and finding those batteries is more challenging so I contacted this dealership. I was given a quote, confirmation they had one on hand, and an appointment time for the following day which is awesome. Took my vehicle in and was greeted by Zsolt who did a great job explaining the process as well as informed me that there was a recall on my block heater and offered to do the work at the same time. The service itself was excellent, quick, and my vehicle came back sparkling - they washed it! I walked into this dealership with my guard up due to previous negative experiences at other dealerships but the experience here was exceptional. I will absolutely be going back to this location for any work required on my vehicle in the future.

They did not refund our 500 Cad until now. We understand the difference between deposit and reservation payment. Ours is a reservation of the car that was not even pushed through due to some concerns. The sales manager is not even helpful. He is avoiding my calls and even the reception! So be careful guys!

Do yourself a favour and purchase your vehicle from Dave, or service your vehicle at this location. I have been dealing with Maggie and the Canyon Creek Team for sometime now. First traded in my 2016 4Runner for a new one and now a 2021 Taco. Maggie has always been a pleasure to work with. The service team as well, I was just in last week for a service and everyone was great to deal with. I had one problem a few years ago and when I emailed about it they went above and beyond to make things right.

I had my van detailed and I am thrilled with the service I received. The detailing was done exceptionally well and priced well and the service was above and beyond. First time potential customer. Receptionist was friendly, directed my call to service. A lady answered my call from the service desk. She was very pushy, had a bad attitude and was rude. She seemed irritated to be answering my questions and sounded annoyed when she had to “create an account for me” as I have recently relocated provinces and have never been here. My question was very simple. I found out later from a different Toyota dealership that she gave me misleading information. I wanted to find a way to re-purchase a locking key for my lug nut on my tires as I lost my original. She told me I would have to pay 1/2 an hour labor ($84 plus tax) for the dealership to “diagnose” or “configure” how they would handle the tires. She asked me for my VIN on my car, I had it readily on a piece of paper and was happy to read it to her. She then asked me if I was driving, I told her yes I was driving (I was currently in my car and pulled over using hands free) and she told me that I should call back at a better time when I am not driving. She ended the call. I called South Pointe Toyota, was happily greeted by David. I drove there, David came out to my car, found the matching key, took care of everything I needed (which was really only a $36 replacement key for my locking lug nut) and I even ended up booking my next oil change with South Pointe Toyota. Customer service should be the main priority, and customers should always be greeted with friendly, courteous service. If you are having a bad day, don’t answer the phone. Needless to say, I happily took my business elsewhere, saved $84 plus tax “diagnostic labor fee” and would never go to Canyon Meadows Toyota. It’s further for me to drive, but worth it; South Pointe Toyota will take care of all your needs professionally and courteously!

We had an emergency with our wheelchair van and we’re so lucky Chad helped us! We had brought the van into another dealership in for same warning light multiple times- and it was never fixed. When this light came on and needed to be towed in as a result - we needed somewhere we could trust to have it repaired. Chad’s communication was excellent and was so reassuring what the problem was and how it was repaired. We couldn’t be more appreciative to have the vehicle repaired and feel confident the issue it’s had over a year is finally resolved!We would drive across the city again to have our vehicle handled by Chad! Thanks so much for being amazing!!!

Great customer service and fast approval! Eric was so accommodating, he even drove me to CIBC to withdraw cash for my downpayment ‘cause my card was declined. Same day credit check and approval. Got my Rav4 in just 2 days! This branch is highly recommended! Hope to get back there when we buy our second car (someday!).
