Giving the low score to this store as it’s the location I bought the low quality celling light from, it has failed just at 2 years old.Pagazzi is overpriced rubbish.

Eunice was very helpful in helping my husband and I choose lighting for our new home. Plenty to choose from and will definitely return to choose lights for the remaining rooms. Well impressed.

I'm very dissapointed with the service iv received, bought a light fitting in the sale, got it home felt it was too big for my ceiling took it back the next still in the box untouched with the receipt, was quite happy to exchange was not looking for my money back. I was looking for a replacement when the assistant came up and said as it was in the clearance it was non returnable.and I was told this at time of purchase. Indeed I was not but as the girl who served me insisted she did., I had to keep it.

Great selection of lighting , mirrors, pictures etc.. Well laid out store. Angie was very helpful by going to the stockroom to get two fittings of different sizes for comparison. Going on this visit I would highly recommend this store.

First time ive shopped here. Didnt realise they sell more than just a huge range of lights but also mirrors, wall art and furniture. Good prices too!

Just in for light bulbs but probably be back again soon for new lights . The choice is amazing , beautiful lights and table lamps , mirrors etc.
