In 2019 Kool FM put out an on-air call for listeners to phone the station to enter a contest to win  concert tickets.  The station anounced on-air that the 7th caller through would be given a chance to win.  My wife  called Kool FM and was the 7th caller to get through.  This qualified her to play a game where she was required to correctly answer question posed by the radio host (Daryl). After correctly answering the questions she was told that she had won a pair of Harry Styles concert tickets for his upcoming 2020 Toronto concert.Unfortunately prior to the concert date arriving COVID 19 hit and the concert was postponed to a future (undetermined at that time) date.  As a result of the postponement my wife reached out to Kool FM and was assured that they would honour the tickets as soon as it was rescheduled.  The concert was finally rescheduled for August 2022.  My wife immediately contacted Kool FM by email to request the tickets and to confirm how and when she might obtain the tickets.  My wife had to make 2 request for the tickets before receiving a response advising her that she was not getting the tickets she won because the concert was cancelled" and not postponed
