South Oakville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT

Our feedback has been requested. The purchase process at South Oakville was no problem. Our sales rep Adam W. was personable and helpful. We drove our truck home, without doing a walk around visual inspection and when we got it home my husband hand washed it (it was not detailed) and discovered a chip/gouge on one wheel cover. We have contacted Adam a number of times and are not getting a resolve/response on this.

I required a tow to the service centre, as my vehile would not start and was self engaging the emergency break. Jeanie provided excellent customer support from start to finish. She was very friendly, personable and professional! They were able to complete the fix in just 2 days! As well, my vehicle had a recall which they were able to take care of at the same time. Very thorough and explained why the break engaged! I would not hesitate to return if needed! Thank you for getting me on the road again so quickly!!!

I was recently in for a vehicle theft recovery. I dealt with Rakel who was very helpful through a stressful situation. The customer service was second to none. She kept me up to date with my vehicle progress along the way and made sure everything ran along smoothly. She took the time to text me pictures of my vehicle, which was taken.Thank you again!

I’m very excited about my 2023 Dodge Charger. I’ve been looking at a new car for months and been to South Oakville Chrysler many times. Timing just was not right. However last week went back in to look one last time and Adam was very helpful. He showed a lot of patience while I was making the decision. Recently bought a truck from here for my business I came in to look at a used truck and Steve was able to get me into a new truck for very little extra over the used one and he bent over backwards finding me a unit that had the options I wanted and in the color I liked best. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience were evident throughout my visit. John went above and beyond to answer my questions, address any concerns, and ensure that the oil change process went smoothly. His professionalism and expertise were truly remarkable, and I commend him for his outstanding service.

I had a great experience until I drove home with a warning light on and then the realization that I bought a car with no a/c. I know I should have noticed but i test drove the car on a cool day and I haven’t been in a car without a/c in 20 years. I thought it was standard in all cars. I would have hoped the dealership would have told me. I have reached out about my options to many of the staff at the dealership in a variety of ways and have had no response. I guess I now no why. They knowingly withheld information for me.
