IBW Surveyors (formerly E. R. Garden OLS Ltd.)

Our experience with ER Garden and their company is that they are thoroughly unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone waste their money to hire this company for any survey work. They do not honor their contracts and agreements. They refused to explain anything about the survey or work performed, albeit promising to do so and legally being required to do so. They took our full payment but did not fulfill the contract, then refused to return to complete the work. They insist on being paid prior to work being completed with promise it will be done but they don't follow through. ER Garden has the most lackadaisical attitude towards surveying and especially dealing with customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID. FYI..the 5 star reviews left below are directly from company employees in response to the negative reviews (why would you hire a company that fakes their reviews?)
