One of my smoothes car buying experience, comparing to some of the past dealership experiences I have had. They got me approved quick and easy within the budget I wanted to stay in, I was referred to them by a friend of mine that bought a car from Tony 3 years ago. I am very happy with my Toyota Tacoma and overall service, will definitely go to them in the future. Congrats guys on your 22 years in business anniversary.

I'm leaving two stars for one reason and one reason only: Tony was not pushy. He didn't babble on about how great the car is like most dealers do. That being said, the Milano misidentified the car (claiming it was the highest trim level when it was the second lowest trim model), failed to even attempt to detail the car (engine bay full of leaves, dirt...), tires were flat, and had we not known what to look for on the car we would have bought a lemon. Oil was burning off the engine after a ten minute test drive. No attempt to offer to repair the vehicle to retain a customer.

This is the best dealership in the area. I have bought two vehicles from them and both times the experience has been very smooth and pleasant. Both Tony and Sam were straightforward on the vehicle as well as final price and trade in value. No hidden fees and no attempts to promise unrealistic things (like other dealers were trying to do), just clear communication and honesty.Long story short I'm a happy customer of Milano Auto Sales.

Went with a buddy who was looking for a minivan, and I thought “hmm…small dealership syndrome”.Which goes to show that prejudice is stupid!Low mileage Toyota Sienna: clean, everything works, and so quiet that when the guy drove it by us in the lot it sounded like an electric car.Straightforward cheerful purchase process for my buddy—I’ve bought many cars in my 64 years and I wish mine were all like this one for my buddy—definitely recommend Milano Auto.

We bought a 2017 Mercedes GLE350 from Milano Auto.There are not too man car dealers like these guys, I had a totally different experience with this place.It was very easy, transparent and smooth dealing with Tony and his crew. I give it 5 stars because that's the kinda experience I had and they deserve it. I sure have had my fair share of bad car buying experiences.I will be buying another SUV from him in the spring and most likely wont go to see anyone else.
