I just want to take a quick moment and appreciate the help that I got today from Zainil. He went beyond and out of his way to help me out . I went in to but an phone which I told him to order it. While transferring my plan to the new phone there was some problem and I had to reach out to customer care and get it fixed. However, Zainil took it in his hand and spoke the representative and fixed the issue by himself.Definitely recommend this store if you are around and need new gadgets and/or need to upgrade your current one.

Today my daughter and I went to Batteries and Gudgets. Possibly the wors experience we've ever had. Zainul has been telling us for the past 3 days to come tomorrow and he can not help us right now while he was on the phone with someone else. The one sentence that describe this store is unprofessional with extremely poor customer service.

I came to buy a phone. And couple of accessories and “zain” or Zainil helped me even put it on I have also visited the store for my queries and he helped me figure my settings out as well. Nice guy I recommend everyone to go to this store.

My girlfriend & I were just in this location to get an unlocked iPhone switched to her account & the rep behind the counter was less than welcoming.Asking him to help us seemed like a huge effort. He did get us set up & the phone is now set up on my GFs acct.As we left we both said “thank you” & “have a nice day” as any normal human being would do. All we got back was Nothing!!! So I turned around & said....”I said thank you to you sir” and all I got was a apathetic half hearted grunt.I know everyone has bad days. I work in retail too!! I have rotten days too but if I’m with a customer I put that aside & smile & help them the best way I can. My bad mood is not their responsibility so I don’t burden them with a bad one. It may be fake but at least they have a good shopping experience & 99% of the time having a good interaction with a customer pulls me out of my rut & my day improves.So in a nut shell 1 star because we got the service we came in for but were very unhappy with the overall experience & I will not return.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING THESE DAYS.

The customer service is excellent. I got the case and protector for iPhone 12 Pro Max $10 actual price is $40. They sell high quality products at better price.

Excellent service. Bought a phone and a plan from a gentleman (Ali) who was so professional yet patient as I as a senior needed some time to digest all the information. Will definitely recommend this place.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Honestly take your business anywhere else but here. Extremely rude customer representatives. The guy who calls himself “Zain” pretty much tells you to go eff yourself in a subtle way. Any questions will be answered by”call the customer care number”. Very unprofessional and rude.

If I could put 0 stars... BUYER BEWARE! Started out fine, until I updated the phone (through settings). Which you kind of need to do. He sold my mother a phone that he claimed had a warranty. It crashed. I went in and we upgraded for an additional $200. And yet another screen protector and case. SAME THING HAPPENED. He sends me to Samsung. I SPENT 3 HOURS THERE. They diagnosed motherboard issues and said the phone needed replacing. Went back to him and he exchanged the phone but blamed me saying I must have corrupted it. Yet another phone and screen protector. He then stamps all of my now 3 receipts with a final sale stamp and tells me that's it, he won't do anything if it happens again. Didn't put my SIM, didn't put my memory card in, take the phone home and it needed an update, so I did it, big surprise IT CRASHED. I recorded what happened using another device to prove it wasn't me. He send me back to Samsung but I have to go Downtown or to Yorkdale. I spent 5 HOURS AT YORKDALE. THEY COULD NOT FIX IT AND THERE IS NO WARRANTY. HE LIED. THE WARRANTYS ARE ALL EXPIRED BECAUSE THEY COVER WHEN HIS COMPANY BOUGHT THE PHONE. I am a single mother with health issues. I can not afford to waste money. Bit I had ro take a more than $250 bath because of this guy. I went back afterward and he starts to try and talk another line of BS. If I had of come back
