Was a good facility (no lights or power in units though) until I received an email today saying the price is going up by 25%!!!!1 Seriously? With covid and everything economically that goes along with it that is a completely unreasonable rate hike. Do not recommend.

The outdoor storage was fine but after at least three years of paying on time everytime I no longer needed my space. So I vacated my space with about three months sill left on my contract. I was informed there will be absolutely no refund on my remaining balance but I'm pretty sure that the space will be rented out as soon as possible. Meaning more money for nothing for the same spot. Very disappointed.

Only issue was pricing. Up over 600 dollars from previous year. Seems excessive. But staff were great to deal with.
