Super Shoe Care

Over charged and very poor service. I was told to buy a product MB boot cleaner for 14.99, I found it on Amazon for 9 dollars. I was told that because he showed me what to buy he would charge me more money if I didn’t pay him right away. I might like his work, but I would definitely never recommend going to him. Unless you want a guy to yell at you and over charge you. Also, the “cash only” makes the business seem illegitimate.

I walked in and asked if he had a shoe cleaning product, and he proceeded to ask me if i had any money.

Repaired my favourite belt while I waited. Fast. Friendly. Affordable.

Good cleaning service as I've got my shoes cleaned here many times. The guy who runs the store is friendly but quite stern. I was there today to create 5 keys for the new door we got on our house, the first key he cut was yellow colour that I said I didn't like but insisted it was just for a test so I paid for it went home tested the key in the new door and came back to get 5 silver keys, he gave me only 4 with my original in hand that I only realized when I got home so I went back and said he forgot to replace the 5th yellow key, he mentioned he's losing money so he said he would give me the yellow for free" then made an argument that I didn't pay for the yellow key so I had to pay again.. then he changed his story swiftly saying I paid for 3 only but I had brought 4 home? He then told me not to come back.. this is kinda upsetting because I feel that this guy is really hypersensitive and claims to take care of his customers because of "loyalty" but makes them feel bad for not giving in. I wanted 5 plain silver keys from the beginning and trying to make me pay extra for something I already paid doesn't make any sense I think he tried to make me pay again thinking that I was an ignorant young person. I always try to be the most polite to him when I come for a service but I won't be coming back because it seems that his age isn't in tune with the times or people because he is the one that actually owned me a new key."

New soles for my work shoes. Did a great job and reasonably priced. Shows are almost like new!
