I love how Michelle came to my home with many Carpet samples and offered her expert advice on what would work best in our space. Michelle and Gina were very helpful with my many questions, and the quality of service throughout the entire process was amazing. We were referred to Michelle by our son & Daughter in Law being we loved the look & feel of their stairway in their Burlington home.After moving from Niagara to Stratford we decided to contact Michelle and were happy to hear they could service us.Michelle was extremely helpful in helping us choose the colour for our stair runner virtually. She was prompt at responding to text messages.Michelle gave her honest opinion when asked and no pressure sales. She was very knowledgeable with regards to the product we had decided on.The turn around time from ordering to installation was approx 2 weeks! Pretty awesome considering it came from California!Keith came today and did the installation. He was professional, friendly, fast & knows his stuff!Thank you Michelle & Keith. Had a set of stairs carpeted. Job was done for a fair price. Installer showed up on time (Steve) and did fantastic work. House is over 100 years old and i know it was not an easy job. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will use again and would highly recommend.

I had Direct Carpet come in and install a runner down my stairs, on my landing and also down a hallway. Everything was a 10/10. Installation was quick and easy, everyone was so nice to deal with as well. It has been over a month and I am just as thrilled with the work now as I was when it was first done. The carpet is very durable and is holding up amazing against all the foot (and dog) traffic this area gets. I am looking to have carpet installation done on another part of my home later this year and will for sure have Direct Carpet do the work.

Direct carpet Hamilton was absolutely fantastic to work with on our basement renovation project.
