My parents have been going here for years. Our vet is mobile and cannot do surgery so they saw our Birdie.So nice and professional. We didn’t feel worried for a minute leaving her in their care. THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic service as always. The Callander Bay animal hospital team is compassionate and wonderful with any pet. They take the time to explain what your pet is going through. They are Bear approved!

Honestly, if I ever had to move it would be such a difficult decision because of this place alone. They are amazing. They treat my dog like family and I know when I drop him off for his appointments he is safe and well taken care of. A couple weeks ago I had to get tick meds and I ended up mixing up the time they closed. I called when I got there and it was 2 minutes to closing. The ladies there were so wonderful, knew who my dog and I were and helped me out... even though they had been ready to walk out the door. Amazing amazing people. They make me feel heard and they care to tell me every important detail with a smile on their face. I don’t go there feeling like an inconvenience... I come there feeling super welcomed and like my dog and I are part of the family. They truly are a great team. Dr. Neil is my dogs doctor and he is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I 10/10 recommend this place!

Almost 30 years of wonderful support from Callander Animal Hospital in good times and sad times. I remember Julie Mcfaddon as a young woman starting her career there. Her and her peers work diligently for the love of animals.

ZERO compassion. I was refused an appointment to euthanize my senior pet (who HAS been a patient there!) because they can't find a file for him and aren't taking on new" patients.This is honestly disgusting. You would NEVER have to deal with him again

Very attentive and helpful. They will try to accommodate you if have a serious problem with your pet.

The best vet clinic I have been to in our region. The three regular vets and all the support staff are knowledgeable and compassionate, and no matter how busy they are, they can usually find a way to get me in on the same day when I call them up in a panic over what my dog has eaten or some weird new thing she is doing. I honestly can't say enough good things about them.

I called them first a thing in the morning because my dog had badly cut a pad on her paw. I’m from out of town so this isn’t my regular vet.They basically said, we aren’t accepting any new clients and we can’t do anything for you.I said, I just need a one time visit and that’s all. My dog was in pain and needed medical attention.They offered zero assistance, zero advice on things I can try, people to call. Nothing….. any advice would have been helpful.
