Shawn and Jeannette are great at what they do. Super client experience from booking to having the work on my RV completed on time and on budget. Old-fashioned caring service at a good price. I had work done on brakes and wheels, on skylight and awning replacement. All done very professionally.

I had to get my ladder replaced, and while my trailer was in, I mentioned a couple other things, and he looked at them, and maybe just added a little labor.Whole job only took about 4 hours. I will definitely use them again for any other repair needs.

Our new trailer came with a one-way DC fridge and since we only do dry camping, even with upgraded battery and solar system, we constantly were charging the system with a generator.After a few failed visits to different rv repair shops, we found Journey RV.The replacement process of a dc fridge to a three-way fridge was a considerable amount of work. The new fridge was over 4 wider

I have used Journey’s RV now three times. Their service is outstanding! I will continue to have all my RV servicing, repairs,etc. done there.....forever!! They are so polite and friendly. As well as some routine work I had done, Shawn also helped me with some extra work on my motor home, free of charge! He and his wife have made customer’s for life with us! This is great old fashioned customer service the way it used to be! I highly recommend them to anyone I know. You will not be disappointed!

Jeanette and Shawn are absolutely amazing. We had an accident with our trailer back in August and had to wait for parts to come in and it was fixed this week. We were kept informed during the entire process and they took care of ICBC and all the paperwork with no stress to us at all. They even stayed late to allow us to pick up our trailer afterwork. We will use them for all our trailer needs and won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Journeys RV Repair
We had our trailer repaired at Journeys RV a few months ago due to some delamination. We have been coming here for all of our trailer needs for the past few years and have always received excellent service. The repair looks awesome and we are very happy. Last year we had a slide topper installed which worked out great. Shawn does an excellent job and always ensures he has time to answer any questions and to review all his work. Both Shawn and his wife are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure they customers are happy. Thanks for the great service!
