Relocated without warning or communicating the move. Doctor Lin hasn't updated his clinic location or contact info leaving many patients in limbo. Completely unacceptable.

I wish I could rate higher. We love DrLin, we have been going to him for over a decade for my son’s allergy testing. Unfortunately it takes months to get an appointment. It’s only gotten worse over the years. They aren’t open on Mondays, the only day we come to the city normally(we live 4 hours away and there isn’t an allergist here at all). The newer receptionist is uncompassionate. We can’t afford trips to the city constantly and I asked if there was any way they could accommodate our needs. For health care providers they don’t seem to care much about their patients wellbeing. At least she doesn’t. Again, no complaints against DrLin himself. We are going to be getting a referral to see a different allergist whose receptionist, when I called her in tears not only found me an appointment that worked for us, but said “you’re going to make me cry”. Whereas DrLin’s receptionist, when I slipped an expletive while crying and telling her that it’s extremely difficult to book this and how frustrating it is because it’s necessary for my child’s health, AND I immediately apologized for the language, she said “you can’t talk to me like that” and threatened to hang up. I was CRYING. I’m shaking as I write this I’m so hurt and upset. I shouldn’t have to feel this much stress struggling to get my child an allergy test to make sure I know what could potentially kill him.

My son is quite nervous about medical appointments and was scared to do the allergy testing. He resisted the tests at first and immediately, Dr. Lin seemed frustrated with us. I could tell he was trying to be professional but was holding back saying something rude and I was worried he was going to give up on us without even trying. We eventually worked together to hold my son down to do the testing. Dr. Lin then seemed annoyed by every question I asked and even neglected to do one of the tests I had requested. I didn't notice until after we had left. I'm not sure if this was just a bad day for him, but in my opinion, he shouldn't be working with children if he can't handle a nervous child.

Dr.Lin is a great doctor. Always takes time to talk to his patients. He is professional and his staffs are also nice. People have to remember that he is a specialist so it really takes some time to see him for an appointment, so don't complaint if your next appointment is after couple of months or so. Also for those new patients who wants to see him, you need a referral letter from your doctor.

Terrible experience. He didnt even acted like he care and spoke very harshly. Definitely felt discriminated here. Never will go back. Doctor ling ling is my recommendation. Shes amazing

Great allergist and staff. My experience there has been life-changing; Dr Lin is very attentive and the staff are wonderful and accommodating.

Got allergy shots for a while with no issue, until the allergy clinic closed and Dr.Lin relocated with no warning. No response to phone calls either. I have product with them and I do not know where it is now or how to get it back.

Great clinic and staff. Have always been very informative and accommodating. Even stayed open late for me one day because I lost track of time and didn't make it to the office until after they were supposed to have closed.

Really poor service unfortunately. Clean office, but staff were unfriendly, had a small child with me, they had two patients booked for the same time and we had to wait a long time. Not very accommodating/thoughtful considering I had a sick child with me! I almost had to walk out!

Dr. Lin goes above and beyond to help figure out complex diagnoses. I highly recommend him for both adults and children.
