TLC did a fantastic job at creating a backyard oasis for us! We absolutely love our pool and new backyard garden. The design is outstanding and the installation was painless. The post installation customer service and maintenance has also been outstanding. I highly recommend TLC for all you landscaping needs.

Overall, a very good experience. During the design phase, they listened to my needs and quickly came up with a design proposal that was perfect. They were on budget throughout the project and our back yard looks so much better. A shout out to the crew who did all the work. These guys had to work in wet muddy conditions for most of the job and they never complained once. They were also very respectful to our existing front lawn and our neighbours yard. I would highly recommend TLC!!!

Our experience with TLC has been fantastic from start to finish. John Bright created a design for our front and back yard that totally aligned with what we were looking for and the finished job exceeded our expectations. John was extremely responsive throughout the entire process with great communication the whole way. Stefan and his team did a great job landscaping the backyard and Jeff and his team were excellent with the front and side yard landscaping. We are thrilled with how everything turned out. Both teams were professional, on time, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We will definitely work with TLC for all our future landscaping and maintenance needs, and highly recommend them to anyone interested in quality landscaping services!

Our experience with TLC has been excellent from start to finish. They completed driveway, lawns, gardens and backyard patios for our new build approximately 4 years ago. We were excited about the proposed design plan and literally blown away by the finished result. Everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive and friendly. Over the last 4 years there have been minor issues that were dealt with quickly and effectively. Just this week we took advantage of the 5 year warranty on patio installation. We had the patios installed less than a year after the build so obviously there was the potential for further settling. We noticed a couple of areas where the patio blocks had settled, not extreme but bothered us. With no questions asked a crew came out and repaired these areas, and the result was fantastic. You get what you pay for in this world, in the case of TLC, you get more than you pay for.

Loud and inconsiderate. Watched my neighbour go out to address them at 6 in the morning and they ignored her until she continued to speak up.

Today I was trying to walk down my street to get to a pathway. All I could see was TLC truck with plow driven by a gentleman texting. He was staring at his phone as he drove excessively fast down our cul de sac pushing snow into a pile. Children play in this neighbourhood, it is also illegal to text whilst driving.I am tired of my vehicle being plowed in with snow. The plows clear our street but then leave a thick trench behind our vehicles.If I try to back out of my driveway while the plow is operating, they won't stop for 10 seconds to let me out.

Great experience from design phase to completion. Some challenges, but concerns were dealt with quickly and professionally.
