With all due respect, some reviews are unfair. It's been over than 20 years that I am living in condominium and I saw lot of companies coming in and out to our building, until we got Investgain as our management company. This company is a different chapter in our building's history. Reliable, available and professional. Thank you Jimy and the whole team at Invest Gain. Keep it up

Terrible first experience with this company.I bought a unit in a condo managed by them.I sent them the forms they asked me to fill.June comes around and condo fees are not taken from my account.sent them an email last week to ask about that and a week later no one hasn't answered my email yet. Terrible service.

Customer service was impeccable; they answered really fast to my issues and fixed them right away with low cost solutions.

Worst property management company. They don't even deserve one star. They hide things, they lie, emergency numbers are never answer. Better look for other alternatives

Invest Gain Ltd. is not a condo management company to work with. They work exclusively in the best interests of the condo developer and NOT the condo owners.Their management fails to provide any response to condo owner inquires in a prompt and professional manner. Minutes to meetings are issued months after the meeting. During meetings, they NEVER have a response to any question asked of them. Their standard response is they will look into it and get back to us. This is never the case.They send import information after 5 pm for work to be performed the following day. Work ordered by the developer in the developers best interests, not the condo owners.Don't use this company - replace they immediately especially if they were hired by the developer.

Investgain is a reputable management firm which I've de dealing with for many years.My experience has been positive compared to previous firms which I had dealt with in the past. Building is always clean and well maintained .
